📦 Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders shipped from China. No hidden handling or processing fees will be charged at checkout. We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, which means all customs duties and taxes are already paid on your behalf. You will not be asked to pay any extra fees upon delivery.

🚚 Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. As our items are shipped directly from our logistics center in China, delivery typically takes 5-14 business days depending on your location.

Of course! Once your order is shipped, the tracking number and tracking link will be automatically updated.

✏️ Cancel or Change Order

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placement. Once processed by our fulfillment center, we cannot stop or change the shipment.
