Maintenance Instructions
1. When storing the bag, stuff it with tissue paper or other paper to maintain its shape, then place it individually into the dust‑proof bag to avoid squeezing and deformation.
2. Wipe dust off the leather with a soft sponge or a dry cloth.
3. For the silk fabric avoid: nail scratches, snagging on clothing accessories, friction with rough surfaces, direct sunlight, and alkaline substances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
